Work examples

Real work, not pretend case studies.

Everything here is a real system doing a real job today. No fake logos, no invented clients, no stock testimonials. When there's a number I can't back yet, I say so in the write-up instead of rounding up.

Founding client · Regional tourism network

From spreadsheets and phone tag to one operating system.

49 local businesses across 8 river towns, once tracked by hand across separate Google Sheets, now run from one admin that feeds the public site. Businesses update their own listings and events through scoped logins, so nobody spends a season chasing 49 owners for fresh hours.

Full disclosure, because it's the best part of the story: the “before” system was my own earlier build. It worked for years, then hit its ceiling, and replacing my own duct tape is why Wild Kahuna exists.

Honest internal proof

The platform I run my own business on.

The same admin behind the LOOP runs Wild Kahuna itself: content, publishing, calendar requests, leads, follow-up, and billing. I don't sell anything I wouldn't operate my own business with, and future builds start with these pieces proven instead of from scratch.

Every system on this page belongs to the organization running it. The data, the domain, the site: theirs to keep, theirs to take.
