My background isn't a web agency. I spent years inside Medicare work — jumping through red tape, waiting on broken handoffs, and watching good people get bogged down by outdated systems that made simple things hard.

That's where this comes from. I saw how much time disappears into clunky tools and manual workarounds, so I build the opposite: practical software that collects the right details once, puts them where they belong, and gives the owner one clear place to see what needs attention. The site matters, but what happens after someone clicks the button matters more.
