SMS messages from Wild Kahuna
Wild Kahuna provides software and communication services for businesses. When you interact with a website or application powered by the Wild Kahuna Platform, you may choose to receive SMS text messages related to your relationship with that business.
How you opt in
SMS messages are only sent after you voluntarily opt in. When you provide your mobile number on a Wild Kahuna form — for example, when you request an appointment or a call — a consent checkbox appears that reads:
I agree to receive SMS messages from Wild Kahuna for appointment, account, and support updates sent as needed. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Checking that box is your opt-in. You are never enrolled automatically, and providing a phone number without checking the box does not sign you up for SMS messages. Account holders may also opt in to SMS for account verification and multi-factor authentication (MFA) when they enable it on their account.
Messages you may receive
- Account verification and multi-factor authentication (MFA)
- Account and security notifications
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Customer support communications
- Project updates
- Event participation updates and reminders
- Transactional notifications related to services you have requested
Opting out & getting help
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. For assistance, reply HELP or reach us through our contact page.
Message frequency & rates
Appointment, account, and support messages are sent as needed based on the services you request and your account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Wild Kahuna uses trusted service providers solely to deliver SMS communications on behalf of Wild Kahuna. For details, see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
