Wild Kahuna ("Wild Kahuna," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at https://wildkahuna.com (the "Site") and provides small business websites, scheduling, billing, inventory, lead tracking, automation, and integration services (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect
Information you give us directly
- Contact / inquiry forms: name, email address, phone number, business type, and the message or details you submit.
- Appointment / booking requests: the information above plus your requested time, the main thing you want help with, and any budget range you share.
- Payments: when you pay for Services or bookings, your payment is processed by Stripe. We receive limited transaction details (amount, currency, status, a payment reference). We do not collect or store full payment card numbers — Stripe handles card data directly (see §4).
Text messages: if you provide a phone number and opt in to receive text messages, we use your number and messaging consent to send service-related texts such as appointment confirmations, project follow-up, billing reminders, and support responses. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or request help by replying HELP or contacting us through our contact page. We do not sell phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent, and we do not share SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging may be delivered through Twilio and your wireless carrier, and delivery is not guaranteed.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics and advertising measurement: with your consent, we use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and OpenAI Ads to understand site usage and measure advertising results. These services may receive browser and device information, IP address, advertising or referral identifiers, the page involved, and conversion events such as a confirmed appointment. We do not send appointment-form contents, email addresses, phone numbers, or business details to OpenAI through this conversion-measurement integration. See §3 and §5.
- Server and security logs: standard request data such as IP address, timestamps, and user agent, used to operate and secure the Site.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal information, and we do not sell your personal information for money.
2. How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and provide quotes or estimates.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments and bookings.
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
- Process payments and send receipts or billing communications.
- Understand and improve Site performance (analytics).
- Measure advertising effectiveness and attribute confirmed appointments to ads.
- Detect, prevent, and address security issues, fraud, or abuse.
- Comply with legal obligations.

We share information only with providers that help us operate, and only as needed:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Wild Kahuna or others.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. When you pay, your card details are transmitted directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection; Wild Kahuna does not see or store your full card number. Stripe's handling of your information is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy. For saved payment methods or automatic billing, you authorize charges as described at the time you set them up and in our Terms.
5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising measurement
We use a necessary cookie to remember your privacy choice. Optional Google and OpenAI analytics and advertising measurement technologies load only after you select Accept optional tracking. If you select Decline, optional tracking is disabled. You can reopen Cookie preferences in the Site footer at any time to change your choice.
You can also:
- Opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
We also use Cloudflare Turnstile on public forms to help detect automated abuse. Turnstile may process limited device and interaction data as described in Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
6. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. Depending on applicable law, analytics and advertising measurement technologies may be considered "sharing" or targeted advertising. Select Decline or use Cookie preferences in the Site footer to opt out. You may also contact us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
To exercise any right, reach out through our contact page. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations, or to resolve disputes. Billing and transaction records may be retained longer to meet financial recordkeeping requirements.
8. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's privacy
The Site and Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those sites; review their privacy policies.
11. Platform Services
Wild Kahuna develops and operates software used by businesses to manage websites, customer communications, appointments, events, marketing, and related services. When you interact with a website or application powered by the Wild Kahuna Platform, certain information may be processed by Wild Kahuna on behalf of that business in order to provide the requested services. The business you are interacting with remains responsible for its own products, services, and customer relationships, while Wild Kahuna acts as the technology platform supporting those services.
12. SMS Communications
Wild Kahuna provides software and communication services for businesses. When you interact with a website or application powered by the Wild Kahuna Platform, you may choose to receive SMS messages related to your relationship with that business.
SMS messages may include:
- Account verification and multi-factor authentication (MFA)
- Account and security notifications
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Customer support communications
- Project updates
- Event participation updates and reminders
- Transactional notifications related to services you have requested
SMS messages are only sent after you voluntarily opt in through an applicable website or application. Message frequency varies depending on your activity and the services you use.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Wild Kahuna uses trusted service providers solely to deliver SMS communications on behalf of Wild Kahuna.
